Shallowed by darkness
She smirked and tilted her head in curiosity. “A … deal? Like what? Do share…. you’ve gotten my attention!” She pouted her lips at him, “It’s not fair to dangle it infront of me like that.” Her eyes narrowed slightly and she pushed her hair back. “Is it something I can trust you with? Or is this a deal with the devil sort of thing?” She forced out a small laugh. “I wanna know.”
“Oh, trust me when I say that you will love it. Did the world ‘immortality’ interests you ? or powers to save your beloved ?”
“Ahh…” Her eyes brightened in curiosity. “Well, I don’t have a beloved so that won’t do me any good. Immortality catches my interest.” She looked at him suspiciously as a playful smile grew on her lips. “Why make such an offer? .. And what would I need to do in return?”
“Oh, you’re not supposed to have ‘one’ beloved. Maybe also your friend are important for you, no ?” he smiled lightly at her, glancing away.
“The price is normal, I mean. I give you immortality and powers…and also protection. But you need to give me your soul. I’m not deleting it or throwing it. I will keep your soul for you. So if someone try to kill you…can’t. Because you haven’t a soul in your body, but I will have it for you. It’s not dangerous for you…I’ll be your personal guardian. So you can call me when you want and ask for my help in any moment. Satisfy you ?”
